The following Terms of Service Agreement (the "ToS") is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with users and others which may interact or interface with Liuzhigang, and any affiliates, in association with the use of the website and its Services.

The Site is a mobile development website which provides customers a feedback form, a look into what we have built and what we are building next. Any and all visitors to the site shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services.

The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through the website and applications are the sole property of Liuzhigang. At their discretion, Liuzhigang may offer additional Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all such changes.

Liuzhigang reserves the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services after posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Furthermore, the user understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided "AS IS" and as such Liuzhigang shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion and/or any failure to store user content, communication or personalization settings.

Every user's registration data and various other personal information are strictly protected by the Liuzhigang Online Privacy Policy. As a user, you herein consent to the collection and use of the information provided, including the transfer of information within the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing or use by Liuzhigang and/or affiliates.

Due to the global nature of the internet, through the use of the network you hereby agree to comply with all local rules relating to online conduct and acceptable content. Through the use of the network, you agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws, statutes, and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations and sanctions control programs of the United States. Furthermore, you state and pledge that you:

• Are not on any government export exclusion list nor a member of any export-prohibited country;
• Agree not to transfer any software or technical data through the Services to any export-prohibited country;
• Agree not to use the Services for any military, nuclear, missile, chemical, or biological weaponry end uses;
• Agree not to post, transfer, nor upload any software or technical data in violation of U.S. or other applicable export and/or import laws.

Liuzhigang shall not lay claim to ownership of any content submitted by any visitor or user, nor make such content available for inclusion on the website Services. Therefore, you hereby grant Liuzhigang the following worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive licenses, as applicable:

• Content submitted for inclusion on publicly accessible areas may be used, distributed, reproduced, modified, adapted, publicly performed and/or displayed solely for providing and promoting the specific area in which it was placed.
• Photos, audio, video, and/or graphics submitted may be used, distributed, reproduced, modified, adapted, publicly performed and/or displayed for the sole purpose of providing and promoting the specific area in which this content was placed.
• For any other submitted content, a continuous, binding, and sub-licensable license is granted to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and/or display said content, whether in whole or in part.

When you submit ideas, documents, suggestions, and/or proposals ("Contributions") to the site or app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contributions do not contain any type of confidential or proprietary information;
• Liuzhigang shall not be liable or under any obligation to ensure or maintain confidentiality related to any Contributions;
• Liuzhigang shall be entitled to make use of and/or disclose any such Contributions in any manner as they see fit;
• The contributor's Contributions shall automatically become the sole property of Liuzhigang;
• Liuzhigang is under no obligation to compensate or provide any form of reimbursement.

All users herein agree to hold Liuzhigang, affiliates, agents, partners, and/or licensors blameless or not liable for any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party which may arise from:

• Any content a user submits, posts, modifies, transmits, or makes available through the Services;
• The use of Liuzhigang's Services or your connection with these Services;
• Your violations of the Terms of Service;
• Your violation of any rights of another person.

The user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell, nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to Liuzhigang's sites and apps.

Liuzhigang shall reserve the right at any time to modify, alter, and/or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, the service, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice. Liuzhigang shall not be held liable to you or to any third party for any such alteration, modification, suspension, and/or discontinuance of the Services, or any part thereof.

Either Liuzhigang or any third parties may provide links to other websites and/or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Liuzhigang is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and does not endorse nor is responsible or liable for any content, products, advertising, or any other materials on or available from such third-party sites or resources.

You acknowledge and agree that Liuzhigang's Services and any essential software used in connection with the Services shall contain proprietary and confidential material protected by applicable intellectual property rights and other laws.

Liuzhigang herein has granted you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and/or license to make use of the object code of the Software on a single mobile device or computer, as long as you do not:

• Allow any third party to duplicate, alter, modify, create, or plagiarize work from the Software;
• Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to locate or discern any source code;
• Sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, and/or otherwise transfer any such right in the Software;
• Alter or change the Software in any manner, nature, or form;
• Use any modified versions of the Software for unauthorized access to the Services;
• Access or attempt to access the Services through any means other than through the interface provided by Liuzhigang.

Recurring billing, cancel anytime. If you choose to purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account, and your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the App Store after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Liuzhigang provides content primarily for informational purposes. No content provided or included in the Services is intended for trading or investing purposes. Liuzhigang and licensors shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted through the Services.

Third-party beneficiaries: unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms of Service, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.

This ToS and the relationship between you and Liuzhigang shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Waiver and Severability. If at any time Liuzhigang fails to enforce any right or provision of these Terms, such failure does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of this ToS is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Statute of Limitations. You acknowledge and agree that any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of the Services or this ToS must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. Failure to do so shall result in the claim being permanently barred.

Entire Agreement. This ToS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Liuzhigang, governing your use of the Services, and supersedes any prior agreements between you and Liuzhigang regarding the Services.

Trademark Information. All of Liuzhigang's trademarks, copyrights, trade names, service marks, logos, brand features, and product and service names are the sole property of Liuzhigang. You agree not to display or use in any manner the Liuzhigang logo or marks without prior written consent from Liuzhigang.
